At a recent Student Community sponsored event we had Mike Foster and Anne Jackson come in to talk with the kids (in person) and the adults (via videocast in the theater) on the dangers of pornography and dialogue about teenage sexuality. We called the event "Porn Wednesday". If you missed the event or if you want to share it with a friend you can now watch it on the COMMUNITY website. There is also a download of Q & A on the topic that you can access. Some of the questions were addressed during the event and some were not. And it sounds like the event was such a hit that Anne and Mike may take this on the road and do this at other venues. It was good stuff. Thanks StuCo!

My girlfriend and I attended. I've been an Anne Jackson fan for awhile and got a lot out of "MCD". When I heard she was going to be in Naperville I had to come. It was great to see this type of topic being discussed openly for the youth. I think it's so important these days to be up front with this kind of thing and not just pretend like it doesn't happen. I am a mo of two daughters and yes I want them to hear about all of these things from me, because if not they will hear about it from the world. I believe it is important to be open and talk about all these things with our children. I have talked about things wih them since they were little. Thank you for standing up and helping bring this topic out where it belongs in our church's!!!They need to hear about it from God's view point no the worlds point of view!!! may God keep blessing you and your out reach!!!
