A little less than a year ago I was thinking about dumping my 1994 Toyota Paseo. Thanks to a friend at Community he was able to get it running again and I'm still in business with my "junky car".
So here is the update: my red '94 Paseo just turned over 100,000 miles and the first rust holes above the tires just showed up! The good news it is still running and my goal is to double that! (Miles, not rust.)
Dave, you are driving a Toyota.. 100,000 is just the start! Enjoy

100,000 miles on a 1994 is really good! My 2001 Ford Ranger has 104,000 miles on it! Hope you're doing well Dave!

Just keep changing that oil on schedule (manufacturer's schedule, not the oil company's every 3k miles...save money). I had a '91 Accord that went something over 400k. I lost track about 320k when the speedometer stopped working. Cops loved me then.

Dave - you'd better be a member of the Junky Car Club. I was a double elite lemon member until the untimely death of Merideth Mazda, but no worries, she is survived by her partner, an 87 Accord with 136k.
It was great to hang with some of your team this week, I hope you're doing well.
